Transitional Housing (TH)
Recovery-Focused Care
#QuestForRecovery
The Leonard House is a no-cost, six-month Transitional Housing (TH) Program serving men who have a substance use diagnosis or are currently in recovery.
The Leonard House Team fosters an atmosphere of stability — a place where residents feel safe, supported, and deeply connected.

At The Leonard House, we recognize that homelessness and substance use are often deeply connected, creating a cycle that can be difficult to break. We believe every individual facing these challenges is more than their circumstances. Their struggles do not define them — and with the right support, their potential for recovery and transformation can shine through.
