Marcus Billie manages real estate activities for a national account of over 1 million square feet across 279 locations in the U.S., overseeing lease negotiations, market analysis, and team coordination. He has experience in commercial real estate, law, banking, and insurance. Marcus holds a Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law and a BBA from the University of South Carolina Aiken.

Eddie Bradford, Jr. provides strategic financial and consulting services across multiple industries. He serves as Board Treasurer for QuestCDC, supporting its mission of socially equitable housing with his expertise in finance and governance.

Chris Gilmore specializes in corporate and financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. He is President of the Emerging 100 of Atlanta and participates in several professional and community organizations.

Greg Boler focuses on industrial and logistics development, overseeing projects valued at $2 billion across 15 million square feet. He is active in NAIOP Georgia, QuestCDC, and mentorship programs. Greg holds an MS in Commercial Real Estate from Georgia State University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Florida A&M University.

Maranie Brown leads data strategies that enhance performance and client impact at BlackRock. She is committed to strengthening communities and advancing equitable access to housing and economic opportunity through her work with QuestCDC.

Dr. Jessica Hare is an educator and social work leader, mentoring future social workers and advancing equity through advocacy. She serves as Region VII Director of the National Association of Social Workers and holds leadership roles in multiple social justice organizations. Dr. Hare earned her DSW from USC, MSW from University of South Carolina, and BSW from Winthrop University.

Erin Harris provides legal guidance on corporate governance, contracts, and regulatory compliance at Delta Air Lines. She is actively involved in initiatives that promote equity and access within corporate and civic spaces.

Bob Moffat brings over 20 years of leadership experience in consumer durables and home improvement, including serving as VP of Merchandising at the Home Depot. He applies his expertise in leadership to QuestCDC.
