QuestCDC Welcomes Allen Sheppard as Director of Construction

Quest Community Development Corporation is proud to announce the appointment of Allen Sheppard as our Director of Construction. Mr. Sheppard began his new role in mid-June 2025.
In this leadership position, Mr. Sheppard is guiding Quest RED team construction initiatives to expand revenue through small-scale residential and multifamily developments, GC-for-hire services, and development and construction management. He will oversee all construction projects within Quest CDC’s property portfolio and play a central role in collaborative large-scale multifamily and community development projects.

Mr. Sheppard brings more than 20 years of construction leadership, most recently managing projects exceeding $30 million at HJ Russell & Company. He also serves as a licensed Georgia General Contractor for Venture South Development. His work has included community-focused projects with Quest Communities, the Rollins Hall development for the Veterans Empowerment Organization, and collaborations with the Westside Future Fund.
