Empowering Residents. Strengthening Neighborhoods. Advancing Atlanta’s Westside.

Quest Community Development Corporation (QuestCDC) is proud to share a recent feature from WSB-TV that highlights our ongoing work to empower residents and strengthen neighborhoods across Atlanta’s Westside. The story offers a behind-the-scenes look at how QuestCDC partners with residents, community leaders, and organizations to expand access to affordable housing, supportive services, and long-term opportunity for individuals and families who need it most.

For nearly 25 years, QuestCDC has remained deeply committed to a simple but powerful belief: everyone deserves a safe, stable place to call home and a clear path toward thriving. Our work is rooted in the understanding that housing stability is foundational—not only to individual well-being, but to the health, resilience, and future of entire communities.

A Holistic Approach to Community Development

QuestCDC’s impact extends far beyond housing alone. While affordable housing development remains central to our mission, our model is intentionally holistic. We pair housing with wraparound supportive services designed to meet residents where they are and support long-term stability. These services include case management, access to health and wellness resources, employment readiness, and connections to critical community supports.

By addressing both immediate needs and long-term outcomes, QuestCDC works to remove barriers that too often prevent residents from achieving stability and self-sufficiency.

Centering the Westside Community

Our work is grounded in the historic neighborhoods of Atlanta’s Westside, including Vine City, English Avenue, Grove Park, and West Lake—communities rich in culture, history, and resilience. Through intentional collaboration with residents and local partners, QuestCDC focuses on development that is community-centered, equitable, and sustainable.

The WSB-TV feature elevates the voices of those closest to the work—residents whose lives have been impacted, and leaders who understand that lasting change happens when communities are engaged, respected, and invested in.

Looking Ahead: Building Forward, Together

As QuestCDC approaches its 25th anniversary, this moment serves not only as a reflection of how far we’ve come, but as a call forward.

The challenges facing Atlanta’s communities—housing affordability, displacement, and access to opportunity—require sustained collaboration, innovation, and commitment.

We invite you to watch the full WSB-TV story and join us in advancing a shared vision of stronger neighborhoods, empowered residents, and a more equitable Atlanta.

Together, we are building forward.
