Navigating Stress: Awareness, Understanding, and Coping Strategies


In honor of Stress Awareness Month, the April session provided an engaging and educational experience centered on understanding and managing stress.



Participants explored the definition of stress, its common triggers, and both the physical and emotional symptoms it can cause. We also discussed healthy versus unhealthy coping strategies and practiced a mindfulness exercise to promote presence and grounding.



To add a touch of fun, we celebrated National Pajama Day (April 16) by inviting clients to wear their favorite PJs, creating a cozy atmosphere. The session wrapped up with a shared breakfast, fostering a relaxed and supportive space for connection and learning.
