In May, Quest Community Development Corporation (QuestCDC) took center stage at CohnReznick’s National Multifamily Tax Credit Summit (#NMTCSummit) in Miami, sharing our vision for transforming communities through innovative, impactful development.

At the summit, QuestCDC spotlighted Heritage Village @ West Lake, a $42 million preservation project that is breathing new life into a historic building while creating 102 units of permanent supportive housing. This initiative exemplifies our commitment to building not just housing, but enduring opportunities for stability, dignity, and growth for residents.

Heritage Village @ West Lake demonstrates how strategic preservation and thoughtful design can address critical housing needs while honoring the history and character of Atlanta’s neighborhoods. By providing long-term supportive housing, QuestCDC is helping residents achieve stability, access essential services, and thrive within their community.

Speaking to an audience of industry leaders and peers, QuestCDC shared lessons learned, innovative financing approaches, and the social impact of projects that prioritize people as much as properties. Our presence at the NMTCSummit underscores the importance of collaboration, forward-thinking solutions, and community-centered development in creating lasting change.

Heritage Village @ West Lake is more than a housing project—it’s a testament to the power of investment, preservation, and purpose-driven development to transform lives and strengthen communities.
