This past weekend, the Quest Community Development Corporation Board of Directors gathered for our annual retreat — a time for reflection, strategy, and forward movement. As we prepare for our #QuestForward Capital Campaign and the milestone celebration of #QuestForward25, our 25th anniversary year, the energy and commitment in the room were unmistakable.
The retreat provided an invaluable space for board members and leadership to align on Quest’s vision for the future — a vision rooted in compassion, innovation, and community impact. Together, we looked back at how far QuestCDC has come since its founding and looked ahead to the next era of growth and transformation.
As we chart a bold path forward, our focus remains clear: to expand supportive housing and vital services across Atlanta’s Westside, to strengthen partnerships that create opportunity, and to empower more residents to move toward stability, independence, and success.
Our discussions centered around building sustainable impact — ensuring that every initiative, every investment, and every decision continues to reflect our unwavering commitment to the people and communities we serve.
Every conversation and idea shared during the retreat reaffirmed our collective mission: transforming lives, building opportunity, and leading our community forward.
