Quest Community Development Corporation (QuestCDC) has been affirmed with an “Exemplary” organizational health rating by NeighborWorks® America following its most recent on-site assessment, conducted as part of the national Organizational Health Tracking System (OHTS).
NeighborWorks® America developed the OHTS framework to ensure accountability to Congress, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), funders, and taxpayers, while strengthening the overall effectiveness of its national network. Organizations are evaluated across governance, financial management, operations, and impact, and are rated as Exemplary, Strong, Satisfactory, or Vulnerable.
At its December 2025 OHTS Committee meeting, NeighborWorks® America reaffirmed QuestCDC’s Exemplary status—the highest possible rating—based on the findings of the most recent on-site PROMPT review.
“This recognition reflects the strength of our governance, the integrity of our operations, and the measurable impact of our work in the communities we serve. It is also a testament to the dedication of our staff, board, partners, and residents who continue to move our mission forward.”
—Leonard L. Adams | Founder/CEO - QuestCDC
NeighborWorks® America encourages organizations to share health rating outcomes with boards and leadership teams as a tool for continuous improvement and strategic alignment. The organization remains committed to advancing equitable development and transformational outcomes across Atlanta’s Westside and beyond.
