Quest Community Development Corporation proudly welcomes Bob Moffat, Christopher Gilmore, Gregory Boler, and Shakita Chester to our Board of Directors. Their diverse backgrounds and expertise bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our organization just as Quest CDC undertakes its largest and most ambitious production project to date, an investment of more than $140M for affordable housing units in Metro Atlanta.

The new board members come aboard with a wealth of experience in corporate America and are part of some of the most dynamic and highly respected businesses based right here in metro Atlanta.
Bob Moffat is a Senior Director of Merchandising at the Home Depot. He leads Home Depot’s strategy for the Outdoor Living categories. He has two decades of experience managing Sales, Marketing and Product Development across North America, Europe and Asia.
Shakita Chester is the Director of Regional Programming for the Truist Foundation. In her role, she consults with local market leaders to execute foundations Grant making strategies.
Also coming on board to serve the Quest CDC community is Christopher Gilmore. Chris is an experienced corporate attorney practicing with Townsend & Lockett, LLC. Gilmore's practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions primarily in the technology industry. In addition, Mr. Gilmore focuses his practice on debt and equity financings, software, service, and sales contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance and structuring.
Greg Boler serves as Managing Director, Eastern Region for Bridge Logistics Properties. In this role, he is responsible for leading his team in sourcing and executing value-add acquisitions and developments across Top Tier markets from Georgia to Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
As Quest CDC moves forward, the Board of Directors will be led by Board Chair Marcus Billie. Marcus is the Transaction Manager responsible for more than 275 locations. His responsibilities include optimizing the culture, function, and economics of each real estate project for clients.
Adding these four dynamic professionals from top tier corporations based in Atlanta will help us create the strategic partnerships we need to help take Quest CDC to another level when it comes to helping the most vulnerable in our community.

Off the heels of a high profile visit from the Deputy Secretary of the U.S. Treasury and the acquisition of these high-profile Board members, we have an enormous amount of momentum as a leading agent for change in the battle against homelessness and the quest to provide sustainable affordable housing. Our continued growth with a housing production pipeline of $140M investment requires us to attract the best and brightest talent to help us achieve our goals and help the most vulnerable among us.
