Resident Leadership

Jean leads the Advisory Board, presides over meetings, sets agendas, and ensures active participation. She represents the board in communications with QuestCDC leadership and oversees financial matters, including budgets, fundraising, and accountability.

Lakita supports the President in leading the board, helps coordinate activities and communication, and presides over meetings in the President’s absence. This role ensures board goals are met and fosters resident engagement and community involvement.

Traci is responsible for maintaining accurate records of board meetings and activities, including agendas, minutes, attendance, and correspondence. They help ensure board documentation is organized, up to date, and that follow-up on action items is completed.​

Steve serves as the liaison between the Resident Advisory Board and the QuestCDC governing board, attending designated board meetings and sharing updates that affect residents. This role ensures resident voices are represented at the leadership level.

Elena keeps residents informed about events, activities, and updates from Property Management to ensure clear and timely communication.

Joyce shares community news and resources, helps coordinate events, and keeps the Advisory Board connected and engaged with the broader community.

​

Bennie promotes positive communication, helping resolve conflicts fairly and respectfully, and brings concerns to Case Management or Program Directors when needed.​
