Quest Community Development Corporation is proud to announce the addition of two experienced leaders who will play critical roles in advancing operational excellence and long-term sustainability.

Nichole F. Woods joins QuestCDC as Senior Property Manager, leading the Property Management Department. In this role, she will oversee property performance across the portfolio, with a focus on driving occupancy, strengthening financial outcomes, enhancing resident satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.
Nichole brings a strong background in property management and affordable housing compliance, with extensive experience managing large multi-family communities. Her expertise includes HUD and Tax Credit compliance, budgeting, team leadership, and resident engagement—ensuring both operational integrity and quality living environments for residents.

QuestCDC also welcomes S. Tarnace Watkins, Sr. as Director of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships within the Quest Engage department. He will lead funding strategy and cultivate strategic partnerships that support the organization’s continued growth and sustainability goals.
With more than 20 years of experience in affordable housing and community development, Tarnace has a proven track record in securing funding, managing public-private partnerships, and advancing real estate and capital development initiatives. His leadership will be instrumental in expanding QuestCDC’s impact and strengthening its position for future opportunities.
