QuestCDC Welcomes New Senior Maintenance Technician, Jerome Smallwood

QuestCDC is proud to announce that Jerome Smallwood joined our team in mid-June as Senior Maintenance Technician.

In this role, he is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of QuestCDC properties while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and housing codes.

Jerome’s responsibilities include executing preventive maintenance, leading emergency on-call rotations, overseeing contractors, managing supplies, and fostering positive relationships with residents. His work helps ensure our communities remain safe, welcoming, and well-maintained.

With more than ten years of maintenance leadership experience, Jerome previously worked at Navarino Property Group. He holds an HVAC certification and brings expertise in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and property management systems such as Yardi and OneSite.

With his skill set and commitment to excellence, Jerome is well-positioned to strengthen QuestCDC’s housing operations and continue supporting our mission of building safe, stable, and thriving communities.
