QuestCDC Welcomes Keon Howard as Real Estate Development Associate

Quest Community Development Corporation is proud to welcome Keon Howard to the Quest Real Estate Development (RED) Team as our new Real Estate Development Associate. Keon joined the organization in mid-May. Keon will play a critical role in supporting the planning, financing, development, and asset management of multifamily affordable housing projects. His work will directly contribute to QuestCDC’s mission of creating and sustaining housing opportunities that empower residents and strengthen communities.

Keon brings a strong foundation of data analysis skills, regulatory knowledge, and hands-on coordination experience—tools that will be vital as QuestCDC continues to grow its affordable housing portfolio. His background positions him well to collaborate across departments and external partners, ensuring projects are both compliant and impactful.
