Today marks a special milestone for Quest Community Development Corporation: 24 years of advancing housing, health, and hope across Atlanta’s Westside.
Since our founding in 2001, QuestCDC has worked to create a future where everyone—regardless of background—has access to safe, affordable housing and the support services needed to thrive. What began as a vision to empower vulnerable individuals through housing and wraparound care has evolved into a powerful community development engine that serves thousands of clients each year.
Over the past 24 years, QuestCDC has:
Developed more than 160 affordable and supportive housing units — with 241 currently in development
Launched transformative initiatives like the Westside Housing Trifecta
Partnered with local leaders and organizations to amplify collective impact in neighborhoods including Vine City, English Avenue, Grove Park, and West Lake
Delivered comprehensive services including case management, mental health support, fiduciary management, and community engagement programming
“Our mission has always been clear—to build communities that move forward with strength, stability, and opportunity,” says Leonard L. Adams Jr., QuestCDC’s President and CEO. “We’re proud of our impact and even more committed to the work ahead.”
As Quest approaches its 25th anniversary in 2026, we are preparing for a year-long campaign that will spotlight stories of resilience, growth, and transformation—culminating in a major celebration in August 2026.
Here’s to 24 years of impact—and to moving Forward-Strong together.
