Atlanta, GA – November 10, 2023 – Quest Community Development Corporation (QuestCDC) is thrilled to unveil a groundbreaking $110 million investment that will contribute significantly to Mayor Andre Dickens' commitment to adding 20,000 housing units to the city. This initiative represents a crucial step towards alleviating the rising housing costs in Atlanta. The historic announcement is set to take place on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, from 1 pm to 3 pm at the Home Depot Backyard.
During this momentous occasion, Mayor Andre Dickens is expected to deliver words of encouragement and reaffirm his promise to provide affordable housing units to the many residents of metro Atlanta who are grappling with skyrocketing housing prices. His scheduled remarks are slated for 1:20 PM.
QuestCDC has meticulously planned three projects designed to cater to Atlanta's most vulnerable residents, including seniors, individuals requiring permanent supportive housing, and other residents facing housing challenges. These projects will be showcased during the afternoon announcement. Notably, QuestCDC stands out as one of the few housing developers in Georgia exclusively dedicated to housing residents at the lowest income levels, championing social equity and economic inclusion.
