As we celebrate Women’s History Month throughout March and observe International Women’s Day on March 8, we join communities around the world in recognizing the social, economic, cultural, and civic contributions of women.

At Quest Community Development Corporation, this recognition is deeply personal. Women across our organization lead programs, steward resources, support residents, and strengthen the neighborhoods we serve throughout Atlanta’s Westside.

Women make up nearly 70% of Quest’s team, reflecting the strong leadership and dedication women bring to advancing Quest’s mission across Atlanta’s Westside.

From executive leadership to frontline services, the women of Quest help translate mission into measurable impact every day. Their dedication ensures that our work in housing stability, community development, and supportive services continues to move forward with compassion, accountability, and excellence.
