What began as a single vision for stronger, more resilient neighborhoods has grown into a quarter-century of building affordable housing, forging lasting partnerships, and creating real opportunity for the communities we serve. Today, we're proud to celebrate that legacy — and even prouder to look ahead at what's next.

A Vision That Started It All

Twenty-five years ago, Founder and CEO Leonard L. Adams Jr. set out with a simple but powerful belief: that every community deserves the chance to thrive. That belief became QuestCDC — an organization built not just to develop housing, but to develop possibility.

Since then, that vision has translated into homes built, families housed, and neighborhoods strengthened across the communities we call home. It's a legacy shaped by every partner who believed in our mission, every resident who trusted us with their story, and every team member who showed up to do the work.

Over the past 25 years, QuestCDC has grown alongside the communities we serve — expanding our reach, deepening our partnerships, and staying true to our founding mission. From our earliest developments to the projects breaking ground today, our work has always been guided by one question: how do we build not just structures, but stability?

Looking Ahead: Heritage Village @ West Lake

Our next chapter is already underway. On August 24, 2026, we'll celebrate the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Heritage Village @ West Lake in Atlanta, GA — a milestone project made possible through the collaboration of valued partners including Columbia Residential, Atlanta Housing, Urban League of Greater Atlanta, and Mercy Care.

This project embodies everything our 25 years have been building toward: partnership, perseverance, and a shared commitment to community.
