The 2025 Partners For Home - Veterans Summit took place on the 25th and 26th  of March in the Community Room of Quest Village - Rock Street, bringing together approximately 40 participants and representatives from 20 agencies.

The event focused on building strong partnerships, sharing Atlanta’s goal of reaching Veterans Functional Zero by December 2025, assessing data infrastructure and outreach through a scorecard review, and developing a strategic plan with small committees to support the initiative.

What is functional zero?

Functional zero is a milestone, which must be sustained, that indicates a community has measurably solved homelessness for a population. When it’s achieved, homelessness is rare and brief for that population.
