Quest Village at Rock Street is a 28 unit apartment style development with interior access to each unit.
Established in 2012-2013, Quest Veterans Village is located at 879 Rock Street, NW. It is a two-story building that is approximately 26,800 square feet. It houses 28 one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment units as well as a media center, laundry room, community room, fitness area, computer lab, and administrative office space. Additionally, residents have access to a walking trail. At this location, we provide shelter and comprehensive wrap-around services to chronically homeless single men and women who have no low income. This is new construction and is in excellent condition.
The energy efficient apartments feature Energy Star appliances and light features, along with low flowing plumbing fixtures.
This development completes the five phase revitalization of Rock Street in the Vine City Community of Atlanta, GA. Quest Communities was awarded Department of Community Affairs (DCA) HOME funding to complete the project.
