A WESTSIDE HOUSING TRIFECTA DEVELOPMENT
The Simpson West @ Vine City

The Simpson West @ Historic Vine City
A New Era of Affordable Living on Atlanta’s Westside
A transformative new development is coming to Atlanta’s Historic Vine City community — The Simpson West, a 139-unit affordable apartment complex that will offer more than just housing; it will provide opportunity, stability, and community.
In partnership with Integral Development and Simpson Street Church of Christ, Quest Community Development Corporation (QuestCDC) is leading the charge to build this innovative project. Located along Joseph E. Boone Boulevard, just four blocks west of the new 16-acre Rodney Cook Sr. Park, The Simpson West will rise as a four-story, 247,922-square-foot residential community with modern amenities and thoughtfully designed spaces that meet the needs of families and individuals at various income levels.

A $53 M Investment in Equity & Access
With the support of Invest Atlanta, which approved a $15.5 million tax-exempt loan for the project, The Simpson West represents a $53 million investment in Atlanta’s Westside.
All of its 139 units will be designated as affordable housing, serving residents with incomes between 30% and 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) through an income-averaging model.
Designed for Community, Connection & Growth
Beyond offering high-quality, affordable homes, The Simpson West will provide residents with resources to support personal and professional growth. Planned amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, business and computer centers, community room, gated entry, picnic area, gazebo, and job training programs designed to help residents build stability and independence.
Its prime location offers direct access to recreation and reflection spaces, with Kathryn Johnston Memorial Park located just across the street, and John F. Kennedy Park, which recently received a major renovation funded in part by the NFL, only a block away.

A Collaborative Vision For The Future
The Simpson West embodies the power of partnership. The project is backed by a coalition of mission-driven investors and community partners including:
Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation, Atlanta Housing, Cabretta Capital, Community Foundation of Greater Atlanta, Enterprise Community Partners, Invest Atlanta, Southern Poverty Law Center, and Westside Future Fund.
Together, these partners are ensuring that the growth happening across Atlanta’s Westside remains inclusive, equitable, and community-centered.
