QuestCDC Leadership Joins Enterprise Community Partners in Detroit for Equitable Path Forward National Peer Network & 5-Year Celebration

Detroit, MI — October 19, 2025

Quest Community Development Corporation (QuestCDC) leadership joined changemakers and community development leaders from across the nation in Detroit for the Equitable Path Forward National Peer Network Gathering and 5-Year Celebration, hosted by Enterprise Community Partners.

This national convening brought together a powerful network of nonprofit developers, housing advocates, and equity-driven organizations united under one mission: to dismantle barriers and build a more just, inclusive housing system.

Over three days, leaders engaged in thoughtful dialogue, peer learning sessions, and strategy discussions centered around advancing racial equity, increasing access to capital, and fostering sustainable community development.

QuestCDC’s participation highlighted the organization’s ongoing commitment to creating affordable housing and supportive communities across Atlanta’s Westside — work that aligns closely with Enterprise’s Equitable Path Forwardinitiative. Since joining the network, QuestCDC has strengthened its capacity to develop housing that empowers residents and builds pathways to stability and self-sufficiency.

“Enterprise Community Partners has been instrumental in helping organizations like QuestCDC scale our impact while keeping equity at the core of everything we do,” said Leonard L. Adams, Jr., President & CEO of QuestCDC. “This gathering was a celebration of progress and a reminder that the journey toward equitable housing is ongoing — and one we’re proud to be walking together.”

The 5-Year Celebration recognized the achievements of the Equitable Path Forward program, which has supported dozens of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC)-led housing developers nationwide. Through shared learning, collaboration, and capital access, the initiative continues to drive systemic change in the community development landscape.

As QuestCDC looks ahead to its 25th Anniversary in 2026, participation in this national peer network reinforces its dedication to advancing housing equity, uplifting local voices, and ensuring every resident has access to safe, affordable, and dignified housing.
