Quest Community Development Corporation (QuestCDC) is proud to be featured in a recent Southeast news update from Enterprise Community Partners—a national leader in advancing affordable housing and community development.

Enterprise, which has helped create or preserve hundreds of thousands of affordable homes nationwide, works alongside local partners to expand housing access, strengthen communities, and advance equitable development across the Southeast.

The feature highlights QuestCDC’s ongoing collaboration with Enterprise through the Westside Housing Trifecta—a transformative initiative bringing nearly 300 affordable and supportive housing units to Atlanta’s Westside.

As part of this continued momentum, partners and stakeholders recently gathered to celebrate a key construction milestone—a Topping Out event marking the placement of the final structural beam on one of the Trifecta developments. This moment signifies more than construction progress; it represents tangible forward movement in delivering safe, stable housing for residents who need it most.

This multi-phase development reflects the power of cross-sector partnership. With Enterprise providing critical capital, technical expertise, and strategic support, the Trifecta is designed to serve seniors, families, and individuals in need of stable, high-quality housing—while strengthening the surrounding community infrastructure.

The first phase, Quest Residences at Grove Park, is already delivering safe, supportive housing for seniors, setting the foundation for continued progress across the remaining developments.

Being featured in Enterprise’s Southeast update underscores the significance of this work—not only as a local milestone, but as part of a broader regional strategy to address housing affordability and expand opportunity.

At QuestCDC, we are grateful for Enterprise’s partnership and shared commitment to building communities where residents can achieve stability, wellness, and economic mobility. Together, we are demonstrating what’s possible when mission-driven organizations align around a common vision for impact.
