Located in the Westside community of English Avenue Quest Village consist of 12 units of affordable housing for low-income residents. The existing property was abandoned and blighted, but working with our partners at Invest Atlanta, City of Atlanta and Partners for Home, Quest was able to substantially renovate the property. In an area that is quickly changing due to the vast amount of improvements being attracted to the area and higher rents on the horizon, Quest Village at English Avenue will act as a vehicle to reduce displacement, maintain retention and ensure current Westside residents have an affordable place to call home.
Rents are targeted to meet HUD rent limits for 60% AMI or below income limits. QV@ EA is Green Certified using the EarthCraft Sustainability model. Units consist of 1br and 2br with washer and dryer connections and an outdoor common resident gathering area including flower gardens.
