QuestCDC’s Westside Housing Trifecta - A $110M Investment In Affordable And Supportive Housing Unveils The 1st Of 3 Developments
Atlanta, March 21, 2025: QuestCDC proudly announces the grand opening of Quest Residences @ Grove Park, the first development in a transformative $110M Westside Housing Trifecta initiative to expand affordable and supportive housing on Atlanta's Westside. This milestone marks the completion of the first of three planned communities, delivering safe, comfortable, and affordable living spaces for residents aged 55 and older.
The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will be held on April 7, 2025, at 2 PM. We are honored to have Mayor Andre Dickens joining us for this occasion, with scheduled remarks. This event will also bring together key stakeholders, community leaders, and housing advocates to celebrate this significant investment in Atlanta’s future.
About Quest Residences at Grove Park: This vibrant community features 40 thoughtfully designed one- and two-bedroom apartments, providing residents aged 55 and older with high-quality, affordable housing. As part of the Simpson Corridor Redevelopment Plan, this development aligns with efforts to enhance housing options and improve quality of life for older adults.
Westside Housing Trifecta: Quest Residences at Grove Park is the first completed project within QuestCDC’s Westside Housing Trifecta — an ambitious initiative to create 293 new affordable and supportive housing units. This $110M investment is dedicated to serving Atlanta’s most vulnerable populations, including our unhoused individuals requiring permanent supportive housing, helping to stabilize the housing landscape and advance Mayor Andre Dickens' mission to create 20,000 new affordable housing units citywide.
Key Investors & Partners: Office of Planning and Budget, Department of Community Affairs, City of Atlanta, Community Foundation of Greater Atlanta, Home Depot Foundation, Federal Home Loan Bank, Renasant Bank, Southern Poverty Law Center, Partners for HOME, Martin Riley Architecture, and HJ Russell Company.
