Hosted by H.J. Russell & Company, this event marks the completion of the building’s structural framework, signaling meaningful progress toward delivering new housing and continued investment in the historic Vine City community.

The celebration will take place at 810 Joseph E. Boone Blvd NW, a corridor rich with cultural legacy and ongoing revitalization. The Simpson stands as a testament to collaborative development, with QuestCDC and Integral serving as Owner/Developers, Foley Design as Architect, and Lancaster & Associates Inc. leading civil engineering efforts.
