Urban League of Greater Atlanta Brings Workforce, Financial Empowerment, and Economic Opportunity to Heritage Village @ West Lake

As Heritage Village @ West Lake prepares to welcome its first residents, Quest Community Development Corporation (QuestCDC) continues building more than affordable housing. Through a new partnership with the Urban League of Greater Atlanta, Heritage Village will become a place where residents can access the services, coaching, and opportunities that create lasting economic mobility.

The Urban League of Greater Atlanta will establish a presence at Heritage Village, bringing nationally recognized workforce development, financial empowerment, career coaching, housing counseling, and entrepreneurship resources directly into the community. The partnership reflects QuestCDC's integrated development model, where affordable housing is paired with coordinated services that help residents build stable, independent futures.

Located in Atlanta's historic West Lake neighborhood, Heritage Village is a 102-unit affordable housing community designed to provide high-quality one-bedroom residences for individuals seeking stable, attainable housing with direct access to supportive services, workforce development, and transportation. Situated near the West Lake MARTA Station, the community connects residents to employment centers and neighborhood amenities while preserving long-term affordability on Atlanta's Westside.

For more than 106 years, the Urban League of Greater Atlanta has empowered individuals and families through programs focused on career advancement, financial resilience, entrepreneurship, housing stability, and economic justice. Its integrated Financial Empowerment and Economic Resilience Center (FEERC) helps participants move beyond crisis by connecting them with coaching, certifications, financial education, and career pathways designed to create lasting prosperity.

The partnership represents an important extension of QuestCDC's Comprehensive Community Development Model. Rather than requiring residents to navigate multiple organizations across the region, Heritage Village will bring essential services directly into the community—reducing barriers to access while strengthening outcomes.
